Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered work for its intended purpose
We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparrow Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
